As a Walt Disney World veteran turned Disneyland annual passholder, I was shocked to find out that there are no counter service locations in the Disneyland theme parks selling Mickey waffles. If you want that classic Mickey waffle to start your day the right way, you have to work a little bit harder for it in Disneyland. I searched all over for Mickey waffles at Disneyland on several past trips, and spent hours combing through every online review I could find about these waffles. This article is a summation of all of that (sooo very difficult) research.
You can get Mickey waffles at the Disneyland Resort at these locations:
- Disneyland:
- Carnation Cafe
- Plaza Inn Character Buffet
- Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel:
- GCH Craftsman Grill (kid’s menu only)
- Storytellers Cafe Character Buffet
- Disneyland Hotel:
- Goofy’s Kitchen Character Buffet
- Steakhouse 55 (kid’s menu only)
- Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel:
- PCH Grill Character Buffet
- Surfside Lounge (kid’s menu only)

Keep reading for all of the detailed information about the mickey waffles at each location. Including pricing, exactly what to order, and how to find each of these locations. I have also included some other Mickey waffle alternative options to consider at the end. Like some Lightning McQueen waffles, or Mickey-shaped specialty “tangaroa” toast.

Room Service Mickey Waffles at Disneyland Resort Hotels
If you’re staying at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, you’re in luck!! You can get Mickey waffles from the Room Service menu at all three of the Disneyland Resort Hotels. When I stayed last summer at the Grand Californian, getting a room service Mickey waffle was at the top of my list of must dos.
- What to Order:
- $18.00, Mickey-shaped waffle (full size) which is served with a choice of either bananas foster or warm berry sauce (plus syrup). And also comes with a choice of sausage or bacon.
- $9.00, Mickey waffles (mini waffles) are from the kids menu, and from my research, they do not include any sides or special sauces – just regular syrup.
To order a room service mickey waffle, I recommend placing your order on the door handle pamphlet that is delivered to your room each night. You simply fill out what you want to order and then hang it on your door handle before midnight. Then your food is delivered to your room in the morning without you even needing to call.
